Condo Inspections

A condominium is becoming more popular, especially in younger generations, due to its affordability and low-maintenance. We will use our expertise to inspect your dream condo, carefully examine any nuances, and let customers leave with a satisfactory home. On the same day of inspection, a legally valid digital home inspection report (PDF format) will be provided to our customers.

THE TIME REQUIRED FOR YOUR CONDO INSPECTION

A typical condo inspection takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Depending on the age, size, and complexity of the condo, extra time may be required.

 

WE ISSUE A HIGH-QUALITY PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL REPORT

Each condo inspection is followed up with a high-quality digital report on the current townhouse upon completion of the inspection. There will be some detail pictures for all issues which are found in the condo inspections of each res­i­dence for our customers
