Buying a house has become a dream of many people for a lifetime. We will use our 30 years of professional experience & professional inspection tools to inspect your dream home. Within the same day of inspection, we will submit a 30-40 page legally valid digital home inspection report (PDF format) to you.

THE TIME REQUIRED FOR YOUR HOUSE INSPECTION

A typical house inspection takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. Depending on the age, size, and complexity of the home, extra time may be required.

Each house inspection is followed up with a high-quality professional digital report about the current house. There will be some detail pictures for all issues which were found in the inspections for each res­i­dence.
