0 - 2000 sq ft: $450+ GST
2001 - 3000 sq ft: $500 + GST
3001 - 4000 sq ft: $550 + GST
Townhouse Inspections
A typical townhouse inspection takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and is based on the following price per square foot:
0 - 2500 sq ft: $450 + GST
Condo Inspections
A typical condo inspection takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours and is based on the following price per square foot:
0 - 1500 sq ft: $400 + GST
Specialized Services
Mold and structural inspection price will on a case-by-case situation.
Ozone service typically takes approximately 8-16 hours and is based on the following price:
0 - 1500 sq ft: $450 + GST
